Cauliflower is a Rabi crop that performs best in cool weather. In Hardoi, it is grown in three periods – Early, Mid, and Late season. Early: nursery June–July, transplanting July–August. Mid: nursery August–September, transplanting September–October. Late: nursery October–November, transplanting November–December.
